Sustarin^®-C ESD 90 Plus / ESD 90 is specially developed by Röchling Germany to cater to ther specific requirements of today’s high demanding production systems of the computer peripheral and semiconductor industries.

SUSTARIN^® C ESD 90 PLUS with a surface resistivity of 10⁸ - 10⁹ ohm was developed especially for the mobile industry. Through a further development of SUSTARIN^® C ESD 90, our development department succeeded in decreasing the surface resistivity according to the requirements of the customers. For example tester sockets for mobile phones are being manufactured from Sustarin^® C ESD 90 Plus.

Besides the improved surface resistivity values, the new "PLUS" modification includes no graphite, carbon black or carbon fibre in order to gain the required electrostatic properties. The additives used in SUSTARIN^® C ESD 90 PLUS prevent a contamination, because in comparison with the above mentioned additives, they do not leak from the surface. Therefore, the components, which are sensitive to extra small particles, stay unaffected.

SUSTARIN^® C ESD 90 PLUS is available as a semi-finished product in different shapes and dimensions.
